Not sure you realise what the point of a TH is? A trading halt provides the company time to communicate with external parties about price sensitive news without the need to sign NDAs and worry about disclosure. So basically, they can say whatever they want to whoever they want between the time the TH commences (which is basically 4:10pm yesterday), and the time an announcement is made to the market.
