I'm pretty damn confident FightMND will be part of the plan going forward. And a large donation of $2M to run the phase 2/3 trial in AU would be headline grabbing stuff, and wonderful news for donors.

If this is the enabler to unlock that $2M in FightMND funding. One could argue $12M for 53M shares =22.6c per share. Each $1M extra in funds raised as a result of having the balance sheet in order on the back of this CR is the equivalent of $0.018c per share in the raise.
And I would expect getting the preclinical models completed on other neurodegenerative diseases ASAP , which this CR funding facilitates, will then unlock more grants & funding from associated organisation ( such as Parkinson's and the Michael J Fox Foundation ). Before you know it PAA will have several trials across multiple neurodegenerative indications, many partially or fully funded by vested third parties.
