Hi Joey - good to have so many new participants on the PAA thread. Especially well-informed particpants.

True enough. Then again, an even better outcome was available for the entirety of March and early April, when we could have been raising north of 30 cents. What a pity the directors at the time lacked the foresight to pull the trigger on a CR back then. A bird in the hand and all that.

It's been patently obvious that a CR would be needed to remain compliant since the last 4C - which related to the period up until the end of March 2024 when the company was being run by the previous BoD. So, if there's any "...rushing through..." involved its probabaly as a consequence of the failure to raise earlier. I encourage you to remind yourself what was in that 4C and how the company needed to rely on the 'unused finance facility' (a debt facility) to show (just) more than 2 quarter's operating cash. No doubt you've seen this report before.

Always at least two sides to the story.
