re your post @jimnycricket 'they did not believe a CR was necessary when our SP was considerably higher' = not the case at all

a potential raise has been talked about for months, even stated by MT in presentations and webinars, and as many in here know he was touring to see potential investors extensively. in his defence, the spike in SP arguably made it harder to get demand as the brokers and funds get nervous with that sort of volatility. the feedback i've had was there was demand but not quite for the $30m they were seeking, then he spat the dummy and quit. this correlates with now only going for $8m at a lower price.

hopefully the new BoD can find the money to fund the trial elsewhere, there's been some new life and chunky deals happening in biotech lately.
