    To note, given the record date was yesterday, the SPP would apply to SHs on registry as of yesterday when we were in TH. All new retail SH would have to buy on market. Therefore only existing SHs can sell on market to buy back thru the SPP.

    PS: Tax loss selling could also be in play for a few more days. True SP will be confirmed post 1/7 and SPP close date.
