have credit raise > can operate and can move towards trial and build the portfolio that generates wealth for shareholders.
It takes money to make money. PharmAust has seen terrific results so far and now we need to run a trial that is of 210 folks for 24 weeks minimum (that's all of them for the whole 24 weeks which may take quite a while to recruit - then there is data processing and presentation to FDA time) to go to market. This is ridiculously fast in biotech, but we can't do it without money. So a CR is needed to get the game on.
