You have to give them credit. There was an obvious strong push on the PR front that really sought to leverage ODD, OLE results etc to absolutely maximise SP before a CR was carried out. I think most would be surprised and let down if there was no attempt to first build back to SP. I mean imagine if they just went silent. Oh wait...
