Yep, not so bad in my view. No-one ever likes dilution and with good reason, but this is the real world.

Good points:

• It will give the BOD confidence to have money in the bank, when dealing with perspective partners.
• Should be enough to kick off the Australian arm of the trial on time. [Keep in mind the FightMND 1.8 million grant if approved]
  
• At around 10% dilution it could have been worse.
• BOD/Management are backing themselves with their own money.

Not so good.

• The brokers/Sophs/Investors involved will probably start selling at 25c, but that's all part of the game.
