That’s exactly my thoughts. Funding was needed to progress the phase 2/3 trial and many SHs were in denial. However the market could see it and hence despite the great results and ODD the SP was stuck in a range. The discount is not that bad though everyone would like it to be a premium… you could count such companies on the fingers of one hand.
Mgmt has just raised enough to fund certain activities and not diluted indiscriminately. Well done. I hope the brakes come off after this.
