    But No One is allowed to utilise Material Information ,, plain and Simple ,,, all about Compliance and that's why the ASX Regs are 1900 pages thick a rule for every occasion...

    I'm not saying they cant Buy ,,, I'm saying there are conditions ,, Compliance is everything with an ASX Listed Entity
