With the SPP which appears to be additional to the CR, and I suspect a bit of over subscription, we may have 10 plus million in the kitty. With more to come in the form of grants and tax refunds etc.
A partnership is still not out of the question unless the BOD want to avoid that, as it would be a good thing long term. [But would get the sp up in the shorter term]
I look forward to an investor update soon as this appears to be MT's Modus Opirandi.
