strange that use of funds did not include running the trial in Aus.
Seems to be enough in the $10M to do everything on the list and run the trial in Australia.
Is it so FightMND can declare funding is to “run the trial” … far better PR.
And I imagine basic due diligence for FightMND or any grant authority would be that PAA would need to have the cash to prove it will remain solvent for the duration of the activity being funded.
So a CR becomes necessary to attract the additional funding.
If we were to attract another $10M in grants, non dilutive, the raise essentially becomes .38c … does it not ?
Then it is a master stroke.
