lot of cheerleaders trying to put a positive spin on this, talking up partners, licensing, non dilutive funding means. but they clearly aren't close on any of these and have rushed through this raise despite it leaving a big overhang to actually execute on the phase 2 trial.
despite what the MT mouthpieces might say, a better outcome was on the table two months ago and he spat the dummy, now he has to climb out of the hole he dug for himself and shareholders. at least he got a payrise i guess.
