So you’re saying that this new BoD isn’t in any non dilutive discussions or didn’t have any other funding alternatives (that have not been disclosed) other than this discounted CR ?? If that is the case and the market knows everything that they do ,, then what has this BoD actually done any better than our previous BoD ?? If the spill had not occurred we would still have ODD, OLE data and a higher SP .. What has this BoD delivered differently??
