Well here we are, PAA raising cash again and yes we knew it was coming despite those who on many occasions stated it would not be necessary.
Different Board of Directors but same outcome.
And we all should have known that the cr would be done at a lower sp especially if no free options attached, they needed the sp to fall to attract the sophisticated investors and also to allow directors to get their hands on cheaper shares.
Many questions remain unanswered like why no application for ODD in Australia and Europe.
