A couple of points here. Everyone can ask to buy at 19c. It is not just for sophs and BoD. The plan for existing shareholders will be out very soon I am guessing. Given the position, I agree they had to do a little discounting to attract more investment and not having options is good for us in the long run. But this is about as fair as it gets with everyone getting the same opportunity to buy in at 19c plus this is the first opportunity for the new board to buy in - and they are.
The new board has never said a CR would not be needed so that is a touch unfair. Anyone who can determine the cost of running trials (phase 1/2 at 12 folks in 1 country = $1M ish [more prob] > phase 2/3 at 210 folks = ????).
In the Soph brief, it clearly states applying for the EU approval of ODD so that hasn’t changed. I am not sure about AU. Then again, I don’t recall too much discussion about AU equiv of ODD historically.
