My gut is its a positive announcement. Negative one's are usually unceremoniously dropped after close of trade on a Thursday/Friday without a halt.
I reckon they have the results in their hot little hands and now need to craft the announcement, including announcing the actual drill hole sites/programming is my guess. Cheers
