Agree the timing was extremely strategic, lining up perfectly with the start of a new trading week.
If this was bad news or a CR they would let it keep running and dropped the announcement after hours on Friday IMO.
The fact it doesn't have a second page indicates it's not a CR or speeding ticket. As such it doesn't have to be disclosed to the market.
I also feel like it's way too early to be talking takeover especially without an MRE or more concrete assays/drilling. And again the announcement could have been done after hours or without a Pause in trading.
This could be a $1 party on Monday with a solid update.
