Well there it is. None dilutionary funding for Triton, the chinese will now take this all the way into production. Hold on to their coat tails as they say. 30% of something is better than 100% of nothing.
With the stranglehold the chinese have on world dominance of Graphite, makes sense they wanted this Jumbo Flake deposit. Win for Win for both parties and would seem a good deal.
Considering Current market cap is $17M and we are receiving that in cash whilst retaining 30% of the project..... my prediction 2.5c in the open.
The market is horrified by any company trying to raise capital at the moment and management have just dodged this. Absolutely brilliant fellas. Timely as well with the Quarter. With Syrah at .35c this is a knockout deal, the old rabbit out of the hat.
