    The reason for the trade halt I would assume is Tukes has signed off on them early as we already new they'd been approved by the MOE. So they didn't halt for that. So this halt I would assume that this is the final seal of approval by all the regulatory bodies and can proceed to drill. The halt mentions the words "receipt" of. Seems pretty obvious to me.
