It's a 36 day window. And yes not all appeals are worthy of consideration or will be potentially dismissed. If I was a betting man, the nature of which the ground has been drilled historically, the nature of the Natura submissions and studies by KRM and the steps KRM will take during the drilling campaign to mitigate environmental disruption I reckon its going to be incredibly hard for any NGO to come up with something TUKES and the MOE can take seriously. I bet not may here have actually read what the drillers have to do during the program to preserve the area. Its a pain and potentially costly but if you're an NGO what do you have to push back on at this stage remembering that its already had 100 holes through it?
