It’s almost certainly associated with the updated Kiaka feasibility study - owner operated mining with 50% larger dump trucks and excavators. Will require circa US$100 - 120m based on CAPEX estimates in the study. Not ideal from a short term viewpoint - but it will allow 10% uplift in annual production, reduced OPEX and a slightly longer mine life due to the uplift in ore reserves.
