We will see how the market reacts. But it's a small raise (8,5% of shares outstanding), reasons were well communicated, and if the discount seems high on first sight, at least they don’t stick a bunch of warrants to the new shares as Canadians usually do. Even if the share price dives a little, it went pretty much straight up for four months up, so it was probably time for a little correction, but what do I know, I’m not much of a technical analyst.
