South Korea already sees LTR very favourably so much that POSCO was thought to have been they mystery bidder for LTR before it was confirmed to be ALB. Also POSCO is not shy with dropping billions on processing hubs with their partners if they see it benefit them in the long run - having a lithium hydroxide plant now funded via JV with POSCO now seems like an attainable goal. LG is welcome to cooperate and highly likely to do so - LG and POSCO are in a partnership since 2022
