    Not surprised, that we are finally getting closer to the finishing line.

    A world class Organisation, like ICSID, being told that they have (Seriously Departed from Fundamental Procedure's), must have hard evidence, that they have.
    Mostly the panel as told Tanzania, pay up or suffer the full consequence's, of paying the full amount.

    Time will tell, if IDA gets full or part payment.
