IDA would only accept 50c on the dollar if the Court had not ruled and the risk of an adverse finding was real. IDA is now in a strong position and doesn't need to accept a bargain basement offer from Tanzania. Tanzania pays one way or another, sooner or later, with the interest bomb ticking away. I assume interest is compounding..?
