The thing I find most amazing with this current wall of silence, is that there appears to be no leaks.
The 1 thing here in Australia, you can rely on is that if government is involved, then someone will strategically leak information.
Surely someone in govt or opposition would find some political mileage from the former governments massive stuff up. For the negotiated settlement to proceed several levels of government must be signed off.
