In one of the announcement, which I couldn't find or in one of the interview's, B.B. did a while back.
She mentioned the words (Return Of Capital).
While am not a accountant or financial advisor, I am made to believe and every one should seek their own advice.
That if the words (Return of Capital) are mentioned, then Tax is not payable.
Only if it classed as a dividend of some sort, then Tax is payable.
That is why B.B. appointed Ms Maja McGurie, as she would know the in's and out.
Like I said above, please speak to your own accountant.
Happy for someone to correct my assumptions.
