Considering ? - means not necessarily
Planning ? - means nothing on paper yet,as to what form of project financing ahead,maybe a few offers including govt loans/grants for rare earth strategic materials now available that was not available before.
Executing a Capital raising ? - or placement possibly to above govt fund as part of any financing.
IMHO - TIME UP for those doing DUE DILLEGENCE to make up their mind - NOW- OVER THE WEEKEND,which is one reason you would be CONSIDERING a Capital raise,right now to replace them - UNLESS
IMHO - Planning, If and when you expect to receive approval for a new tailings dam from the council very soon as a precursor to being able to expedite restart of mining and the plant.
IMHO - Executing a Capital raising as part of the above possibly with finance and a gold hedge with minimal dilution as an alternative to existing deals while the gold price is high.
Fun times ahead.
