not sure what interest rates have to do with Volume Weighted Average Price (the average share price over a period of time measured against volume) held in contrast to the current raise price ? Share price gowth vs interest rates is a different calculation and indicator.... that said, as an income fund, pumping out 7.10% last year against an average interest rate of 4.10%... not including the growth calculation, that i couldn't be bothered doing right now.
its highly likely that the SP will shrink back to 1.10, but again who cares.... its only been above it for a month of so and previously for short period of time. this will likely pay greater returns when the new capital generates additional income, driving the SP higher and provide a stronger base of FUM.
just not sure how you convince someone to invest 66 million dollars and expect them to pay all time high prices which were only reached in the last month.
