paying a premium is kind of a philosophy and user's choice, as you've got to factor in the immediate return of 1-2c per share in the first month and they compounding returns there after. So by the end of the 2nd/3rd month the delta has evaporated. There is never a guarantee its going touch back at NTA on any meaningful volume, at all... or within that 3 month window. this is to say, if you wait 3 months for an "entry price" at NTA you've actually cost yourself money.
Generally speaking not to many "trader" types looking for arbitrage in these style of holdings More set and forget types.
