Tali backing out of the RIO JV in return for a 1.25% nsr is a step change for Tali and probably reflects the rapidly escalating Niobium related discoveries in the West Arunta. It also simplifies the potential Tali listing. My question is, how much benefit will AMN shareholders get? Preferential Tali allocations? That can be smick if it works out.
