Once in 70 year discovery should still be valued over $3 billion and not be getting 10% discount capital raisings
capital raising should be premium or offered to shareholders first .
however $35 is pretty much double the $17 capital raising. I would expect brokers to come out with $34- 35 dollar target next
i believe nine lives talked about $35 target ??
