Just to play Devil's advocate, SmrtGraft has some decent reviewed studies behind it, that perhaps stand it in good shape for prompter TGA approval - over 4 years since the CelGro rotator cuff trail results:

Canada another tick. I am looking forward to Singapore approval for Remplir personally. A stepping stone for bigger Asian mkts. Singapore has literally been trying to make itself the bio-tech capital of Asia (and is up there on quality R&D/innovation indices) for some 20 years now. A good Asia hub to get approval in:
