Where does it state in the announcement that operations have ceased at Tormin?



I have to admit the trading halt is interesting for a developing maritime incident, if you read RookyKids post it appears there is a vessel (Ultra Galaxy) heavily listing, the ship has been sailing from Spain to Tanzania.

I can only assume this vessel is listing close to Tormin's operations, which is why MRC provided a trading halt to determine if the incident has an impacts on mining the Tormin Beach ore.
