    Gold Road did indeed farm out its Stuart Shelf holdings to a private consortium during the 2023 September quarter. See pdf attachment from last

    years annual report.

    They also sold their 51% interest in our JV for 500k. to the same private consortium.

    The announcement can only relate to a positive hit on our JV land ....you wouldn't halt for a duster. And explains why

    Golden Road did not also go into a trading halt....they are no longer involved with our JV.

    This could be big!!! Fingers crossed!
