Yeah, not impressed either tbh.
I get that raising sometime during this quarter was probably inevitable from a current cash balance perspective, and that’s fine. But the decision to pull the trigger before releasing the VTEM results is a red flag for me, especially given it has been promoted as a key/central news item.
Just my opinion/speculation now (happy to be wrong), but the survey was completed in May...a first pass results evaluation for obvious late-time conductors would likely have happened weeks ago and if there was anything significant, we would have heard about it (i.e. significant conductor or partial results style announcement). If there was nothing obvious then that’s not announced because the results are still being ‘processed’.
