Let's be a bit reasonable about what could it be. The wording allows both ways, taking over a business or getting taken over. More likely to buy another business. Capricorn now has a board seat and I don't think they would allow any BS to happen unless that "CC-Director" would be an idiot. CC is the financial backer, they won't agree to any further dilution unless it would be LT beneficial for CC and Spenda.
