You are really clueless Exmouth, why wouldn’t those whom sold out be nervous when it looks like any acquisition that is “material” should enable them to most likely participate in an accompanying cap raise at most likely below what they sold out at. Company has realized they will never achieve any decent revenue figures going forward so might be acquiring someones risky loan book in the hope of having some revenue in the interim as their Existing business is going to take much longer to gain real $$$
