and why would such business be so cheap that SPX could buy it and so desperate that they’d accept a bid from SPX?… SPX is a in a hole. They don’t generate enough revenues. Until they demonstrate they can, they are not miraculously going to generate value out of an acquisition… I’m sure AF will pretend otherwise but come on, a bit of common sense here…
