Spenda was only created out of AF not being able to fund his failed business whilst at the same time also have a huge debt. Unfortunately at the time there weren’t funders like Spenda that could help him out with some short term finance to get him out of the hole he created for himself. And that’s where he created the whole story he has been spinning all along, only thing we don’t know is at what point in time did he actually start even believing his own BS.
This new acquisition is now probably helping out another one of his friends that has most like also for himself into the same hole.
