Sal is the CEO and only “Management” of QGL.
Sal and Rochelle are based in the Chimaera Capital office in Melbourne. This is where business is done.
Bruno and Dave are based in Perth and Michael in Sydney.
Everyone involved has a full time job elsewhere, QGL is a side gig for them.
I am guessing that the proposed announcement has been put on hold by the ASX and they are seeking an explanation for the trading in the four days before the Trading Halt.
