I know how these institutions work. Bonuses by the year etc. They are the most selfish which is why I left their ways. 100+ hour work weeks, no sleep, back-to-back? No thank you.
I still endure through the pain of it all. At least I manage through it by sharing openly of opportunities. I might believe that if you look closely into the details, that's where it's at.
