Good pickup. I've narrowed it down to Eddie King not taking what he sought approval to take. Have to admit this is the first time I've seen something like this.
End of the day, this is valued as a cheap low EV shell, as long as a good asset gets put in here, which is not easy by any means, everyone should be happy. Well, maybe not @Preston3 as he will only be breaking even
