Interesting announcement....the words tell me that they have been advised that grant has been approved but waiting on a minister to announce. No guarantees they will get a response out of government before trading due to commence on Tuesday. Governments work to own schedules and don't worry about ASX reporting obligations. So if they don't get anything out of government do they go into a suspension or just announce the grant (and potentially annoy the hand that is feeding them).
