has to be shenghe making an equity offer to match?
or is a trading to sugget a non=binding term sheet has been cancelled a week after it was announced?
Or the sale of teeside which isnt big enough to fund this project.
all roads lead to shenghe and the 50% at a premium aspiration - the questions is what premium? has to value PEK circa 400m so 200m for 50% at least would be my view as reasonable, anything drastically less would be the new board taking a short-term exit which is very possible as well
