I’m really hoping that this is the final step in a long term plan to educate the market on Anteris value.
Years back they raised capital at a 20% discount to market with attaching options. Progressively they’ve slowly decreased the discount amount whilst removing the options.If they now raise at a small premium to the existing market rate it would be a fantastic signal to the wider investment market that if you want to get into this fantastic company you need to pay fair value. A raise at 5-10% above current market of $17 would be sufficient.
The incumbent’s who were willing to pay $24 on a recent raise should have run their numbers to be satisfied that paying now at around $18.50 is excellent value and will yield long term gains.
