These clowns raised only $23 million at $23 now $40 million at $16. I thought the reason they only raised one quarters cash in April coz they were close to a deal of some kind. Those animal tests has caused some dilution. WP is from Big Pharma, as he constantly tells us. Big Pharma or not he got snookered by the FDA. Sigh.
