^this - which idiot in that company couldn't see the potential risk and raise $65m in one go to mitigate said liquidity risk, let alone the deal costs that would have been saved, significant dilution, etc etc...this is a major corporate embarrassment to have to go cap in hand this soon, at a big discount. Someone needs to be sacked. This is unforgiveable imo. Raise enough capital for a minimum of 12 months, minimum...This coming to market every few months is really killing this company..."There will not be another dilutive capital raising...".
