If they get enough money to get through a pivotal/registrational trial to completion, and subsequentially get FDA approval, they will need to partner or sell the business.
I have no faith in this company's ability to scale out commercial operations. Perhaps I would give them more credit if they were able to sell a meaningful amount of CardioCel given the investment ($) that was poured into that. I hope they know this and aren't going to be driven by ego to go it alone.
I might sound like I am sour (because I am) but I generally want this company to be successful and if the product is as good as they claim it will be a good outcome for patients too.
